ANIMATIC: my previous digital puppetry research site.
Machin-X: digital puppetry blog. Andrew is making a notable work by gathering in his blog references of the development made in different fields of digital puppetry.
Animata: Open source performance animation editor. An amazing piece of software developed by the Kitchen Budapest group for OSX and Windows. It works using an impressive bones structure animated in real-time by external OSC (Open Sound Control) messages that can be sent by different applications, controllers and locations. Great stuff.
Osculator: a very powerful Macintosh application for OSC management.
OSCeleton: Amazing piece of software made by Sensebloom guys. Opensource application that redirects the Microsoft Kinect joint data to OSC.
